4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

7. Refund Timing
